		<description>Just think of all the money we&#039;ve saved! Had the regulatory reforms gone through in a timely, efficient and effective manner (stretch your minds, people) they would just about be up for review by now. So as they&#039;re not actually in place yet, we&#039;ve saved the cost of a review!

We need to remember that - regardless of CASA pushing the barrow about fare-paying passengers being a priority - CASA is first and foremost a government department and their priority is to convoluted regulation that continues, by its very existence, to provide gainful employment to those who can&#039;t get a job in the commercial world.

CASA doesn&#039;t need regulatory reform; government does.
